I have a Tektronix DPO3000 or MSO3000 instrument that I would like to upgrade the bandwidth on.

DPO3000 and MSO3000 100MHz and 300MHz models with product Software revision 2.38 or greater can be upgraded to a higher bandwidth (300MHz and 500MHz, respectively).

Models starting with serial number C02XXXX/B020XXX can be upgraded by the customer by ordering one of the following upgrades, which are software key enabled.

2 Ch Bandwidth Upgrade from 100 MHz to 300MHz          DPO3BW1T32

4 Ch Bandwidth Upgrade from 100 MHz to 300MHz          DPO3BW1T34

2 Ch Bandwidth Upgrade from 100 MHz to 500MHz          DPO3BW1T52

4 Ch Bandwidth Upgrade from 100 MHz to 500MHz          DPO3BW1T54

2 Ch Bandwidth Upgrade from 300 MHz to 500MHz          DPO3BW1T52

4 Ch Bandwidth Upgrade from 300 MHz to 500MHz          DPO3BW1T54

 

Products with serial number starting C01XXXX/B01XXXX will require Tektronix Service Installation and re-calibration as they require a hardware change to increase the instrument bandwidth.
