Djw is the Data jitter, which is just before the eye diagram fails. Whenever the waveform just pass the eye diagram, you can say it is the worst eye diagram. The other way of identifying the worst eye diagram is, in the jitter tolerance test, the eye diagram will fail if you add little amount of jitter in the Clock/Data.
