After downloading an upgrade to my Iconnect SW+ I get an error: “HW Key not found”. How can fix this?
回答:
In most cases when this occurs, the problem is due to downloading the incorrect Iconnect “product”. If you own a copy of Iconnect (80SICON), your HW key will only recognize Iconnect. It will not work for S-Parameters (80SSPAR) or MeasureXtractor (80SICMX).
When this problem occurs, we recommend uninstalling the Iconnect SW, return to the download website and try a different download. The HW key is product specific and will work with all version of the SW it is designated for.
