低電圧シングルエンド・プローブは、通常12 Vまでの高速なグランド基準信号の測定に使用します。 これらの低電圧プローブは、プローブ負荷を最小にする必要のある、高インピーダンス/高周波回路素子の測定に最適です。 回路に対するプローブの負荷効果を最小限にするために、入力容量の小さな(1 pF以下)プローブを選択する必要があります。 入力容量が小さいプローブは、高周波で高い入力インピーダンスを示します。
