高電圧シングルエンド・プローブ

高電圧シングルエンド・プローブは、40 kVまでのグランド基準信号の測定に使用します。しかし、グランド基準でない測定のために絶縁/フローティング入力を持つ機器向けに設計されたシングルエンド・プローブもあります。回路に対するプローブの影響を抑えるためには、入力容量の小さな(4 pF未満)プローブを選択する必要があります。入力容量の小さいプローブは、高い周波数で入力インピーダンスが大きくなります。

Yes, the BNC connector on the probe compensation box can be unsoldered, unscrewed, and replaced with the Tektronix part number 131-5320-00. All probe coding logic is contained in the new connector.
